- Aid the Wash Bay Associate as needed to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Keep the parking lot clean and free of debris to ensure a safe working area.
- Support the night truck spotters to organize the truck yard efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 months related experience and/or training.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Able to write simple correspondence.
- Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
- Can add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure.
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
- Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Learn to drive and back-up tractor-trailers and straight trucks.
- Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
- Frequently required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Occasionally required to sit.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
