We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at HCA Healthcare. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and working in a dynamic healthcare environment.
About the Role:
- This Clinical Medical Assistant position will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.
- You will be responsible for preparing patients for examination and treatment, taking vital signs, and assisting physicians with minor surgeries and physicals.
- Your expertise in medical assisting will enable you to give injections, perform lab testing and phlebotomy, and maintain exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments and supplies.
What You Will Need:
- One year of work experience in a patient care setting or active RMA, CCMA, CMA, NCMA, or NCRMA certification/ABR-OE credentials.
- Graduation from a Medical Assisting program is preferred.
- Medical Assistants who recently graduated from a Medical Assisting training program will obtain a clinical MA certification within 60 days of employment.
