We are seeking a Registered Nurse with expertise in clinical nursing to join our team at Christus Santa Rosa Hospital - New Braunfels. Job Description

As a Registered Nurse at Christus Health, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence in patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
  • Developing and implementing individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Documenting patient information accurately and thoroughly, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining current knowledge of best practices, research findings, and evidence-based guidelines to inform your practice.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Texas State RN License or Compact RN License.
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
  • One year of experience in a similar nursing role, preferably in a trauma designated facility.

Work Schedule
