- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with our tenants, colleagues, and other stakeholders, and collaborate with other departments to achieve our goals.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. facilities management, business administration) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, with a strong background in commercial real estate and maintenance.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in budgeting and financial management, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.
