Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Audio-Visual Systems Engineer to join our Corporate IT - Workplace Technology team. As an AV Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and supporting conference rooms and specialized AV systems built around MS Teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • AV System Design and Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AV systems that meet the needs of our employees and partners.
  • AV System Maintenance and Support: Provide timely and effective maintenance and support for AV systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • AV System Integration: Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to integrate AV systems with other technologies, such as video conferencing and collaboration tools.
  • AV System Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that employees and partners are proficient in using AV systems.
  • AV System Security and Compliance: Ensure that AV systems meet the security and compliance requirements of Visa.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in AV system design, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of AV fundamentals, signal flow, network protocols, and IT administration. Experience with MS Teams and other collaboration tools.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA.
