The Role

We are seeking a Part-Time Barback to join our team at Brass Poppy, our newly built lobby bar. As a Barback, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain the bar area to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Assist bartenders with tasks such as replenishing supplies, cleaning, and maintaining the bar area.
  • Operate glasswashers and ensure that glassware is clean and available for use.
  • Sweep and mop behind the bar area to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist with stocking and replenishing supplies as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
