Position: Parking Facility Attendant
Location: Charlotte Airport
Hourly Rate: $16.50

The Parking Facility Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficient operation of the parking area while providing exceptional service to our clients. This position involves various responsibilities, including welcoming guests, managing ticket issuance, processing payments, conducting vehicle counts, and ensuring the cleanliness of the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor as they arrive and depart.
  • Direct incoming vehicles to available parking spots, acting as a traffic guide.
  • Conduct regular vehicle counts to prevent overcrowding in the parking area.
  • Perform daily inspections and issue warnings for any violations of parking regulations.
  • Manage traffic flow at entry and exit points; assist guests in locating their vehicles.
  • Support the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and assist with general upkeep as directed.
  • Communicate respectfully with guests to address their inquiries and concerns, relaying important information to management as needed.
  • Report any incidents or safety issues to the Operations Manager or Shift Supervisor immediately.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with guests, clients, and team members.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally with guests.
