Job Title: Valet Parking Attendant

Join our team as a Valet Parking Attendant at Parking Management Company (PMC), where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Valet Parking Attendant. As a key member of our guest services team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, safely and efficiently managing valet parking services, and ensuring a positive first impression for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
  • Assist with the check-in and check-out process, providing information about the hotel's amenities.
  • Safely handle guests' luggage, transporting it to and from rooms promptly.
  • Collaborate with the valet parking team to ensure a smooth and efficient parking and retrieval process for guests' vehicles.
  • Drive and park vehicles safely, adhering to company and safety standards.
  • Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with the front desk, concierge, and other departments to ensure coordinated guest services.
  • Relay important information about guest preferences and special requests.
  • Monitor the entrance area for any suspicious activity and report concerns promptly.
  • Adhere to safety and security procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and their belongings.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
  • Capability to run, retrieve vehicles, and lift luggage up to 50 pounds.
  • Preferred, but not required: ability to drive a standard (stick-shift) vehicle.
  • Ability to use personal cell phone for work purposes.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Physical ability to lift and transport luggage, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
