About the Role

This is a full-time temporary position lasting approximately 4-5 months. As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our occupational therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in providing rehabilitative services to patients with mental, physical, emotional, or developmental impairments
  • Work closely with occupational therapists to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Implement interventions and activities to promote patient progress and independence
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate of an accredited therapy program
  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Current Occupational Therapy Assistant state license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Service orientation and active listening skills
