POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Fashion Consultant who embodies creativity, leadership, and a passion for fashion. This role is pivotal in driving our retail strategies and ensuring operational excellence, ultimately contributing to our financial success and brand integrity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of Levi Strauss & Co.'s rich history and legacy.
- Demonstrate exceptional product expertise to enhance customer engagement.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by employing our proven approach: Connect, Consult & Close.
- Achieve or surpass established sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
- Adhere to cash handling protocols and store security measures.
- Support inventory management by assisting with stock replenishment and merchandise tagging.
- Maintain store aesthetics in line with Levi's visual presentation standards.
- Utilize technology effectively, including basic troubleshooting and understanding of technical materials.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and engage in physical activities such as standing, walking, and bending.
- Preferred experience of at least one year in customer service.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Possess characteristics such as being structured, organized, methodical, consistent, and adaptable.
