Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist in North and East Houston, TX areas to join our team at PARS Therapy.
This role involves providing skilled home health services to clients who require rehabilitation. As a member of our team, you will work closely with patients to restore their motion and ensure they can function at their best.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with multiple major medical plans, spousal insurance, 401k options, paid training, and an internal awards and recognition program.
About the Role- You will provide skilled services to home-bound clients, including occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy.
Requirements:
- Active license in the state of Texas required.
- OT liability insurance in the state of Texas required.
- Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy.
- Home health or rehab experience preferred.
- Ability to manage patients with different personalities.
- Current knowledge of treatment practices.
- A friendly and professional demeanor is required when explaining procedures and treatments.
