We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a RN, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in post-acute facilities while enjoying flexible scheduling and professional support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in post-acute facilities
  • Collaborate with medical staff and residents to develop care plans
  • Track outcomes and review options with physicians and other nursing staff
  • Administer and supervise appropriate treatments and medications to residents
  • Ensure medical equipment is properly set up and monitored
  • Inform residents and family members about best care options
  • Draw blood, urine, and other fluids for lab work
  • Ensure staff compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
  • Verify the accurate documentation of medical histories and interventions
  • Supervise nurses and support staff, providing training as needed
Requirements
  • Graduation from an approved nursing program
  • Current RN licensure
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
