Job Description
We are seeking a talented Nurse who can deliver exceptional care in an outpatient dialysis center. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families in an intimate setting. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide quality patient care. With no dialysis experience required, you can expect to receive comprehensive training to succeed in this role. As a member of our team, you will have the support of experienced professionals who share your commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized patient care and education
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Conduct patient observations and monitor vital signs
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
- Experience in ICU, Critical Care Unit, Emergency Room, or Medical Surgical preferred
- Certification in Nephrology or Dialysis also valued
