About the Role

Key Responsibilities

* Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive care plans tailored to their unique needs

* Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management and self-care strategies

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
  • 2+ years of experience in a clinical care setting, preferably in hospice care

  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
