We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Coordinator to join our team at RO. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our safety standards across all job sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive safety training programs to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and mitigate hazards, and investigate reportable accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate with local Safety Coordinators and Area Managers to develop training programs that meet OSHA, NEC, and customer requirements.
  • Analyze safety data and compile comprehensive reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • OSHA Outreach Trainer certification with the ability to conduct OSHA 10 and 30-hour Construction training sessions.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry safety practices, including NESC, DOT, OSHA, and local and state regulations and guidelines.
  • Authorization to train in first aid, CPR, Fall Protection, Bucket Truck, Bucket Truck Pole Top Rescue, Crane, and Smith Driver.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
