Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
We are looking for a PRODUCTION OPERATIONS MANAGER to oversee our healthcare laundry operations in Salt Lake City,

UT

WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday, starting at 5:00 a.m.

COMPENSATION:
$60K-$75K based on experience + bonus

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise Production Associates

Oversee production standards

Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products

Develop and implement a Quality Assurance program that aligns with customer expectations

Oversee product control initiatives to reduce losses:
Conduct clean return audits

Manage load-out processes

Implement Safety & Health Protocols:
Ensure adherence to all OSHA regulations

Maintain a high associate approval rating

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2 years of experience in warehouse or plant management

High school diploma or equivalent is required

Proficient in computer applications, especially Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree is preferred

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Strong organizational and communication skills

Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service abilities

Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous
