Myriad Genetics is a pioneer and leader in genomic research, committed to advancing the science of personalized medicine. We are seeking a Product Manager, Integration Operations to fill a critical role in our Service Product Organization.

About the Role

This highly cross-functional position will report to our Sr. Manager of Product Integrations and partner closely with stakeholders across Myriad's Technology, Sales, and Sales Enablement teams. The Product Manager, Integration Operations will focus on two key areas: Integration Operations and Enterprise Implementation Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integration Operations (25%): Partner with commercial leaders to prioritize integration and other service requests based on current capacity & opportunity business case.
  • Enterprise Implementation Services (75%): Partner with commercial, tech, and SPO colleagues to lead the on-site implementation of Myriad services for large enterprise opportunities.
Requirements
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to travel 20% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working in health information technology, marketing, or commercial field.
  • Background in customer success, product operations, or clinical implementation services.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of how HIT is currently leveraged in the US market and within health systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified across one or more Epic modules or similar experience with other EHR vendor.
  • Direct on-the-ground experience leading HIT-related implementations, either on vendor side or client side.
