We are currently seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal Specialist to play a crucial role in our residential real estate closing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing HUD/Settlement Statements, Closing Disclosures, title commitments, deeds, clearing title issues, ordering payoffs, verifying taxes, and preparing final title policies.

This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to quickly learn new software, including experience with E-Closings/ClosingVue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare HUD/Settlement Statements and Closing Disclosures
  • Communicate with lenders, real estate agents, and clients through every aspect of the real estate transaction
  • Draft title commitments, deeds, and other necessary legal documents
  • Clear title issues, order payoffs, and verify taxes
  • Prepare final title policies
Requirements
  • 3+ years of real estate paralegal experience in a conveyancing law firm
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

The salary for this position is commensurate with experience and is estimated to be around $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
