Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the implementation and maintenance of our quality systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, engineering, and leadership, with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Systems Implementation and Maintenance: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Engineering Support and Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to integrate quality principles into product design and development.
  • Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Management: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing quality and engineering team.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in quality management and engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of quality systems and standards, such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or equivalent. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or similar. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
