About the Role

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a PACU Clinical Leader. This is a 36-hour per week position that requires a strong background in perioperative nursing and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the PACU setting, ensuring a safe and efficient recovery for patients.
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless patient flow and care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • BSN required.
  • 5 years of PACU experience required.
  • Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required.
  • ACLS required. CPAN preferred.
  • Adheres to all I.C.A.R.E. standards.
