Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Field Service Engineer to join our team at Carrier. As a key member of our field commissioning team, you will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and optimization of building automation systems for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate, install, and troubleshoot customer systems that utilize advanced Direct Digital Control technology.

Offer effective solutions for system issues and provide turnkey project delivery on small to mid-level projects.

Responsible for ensuring that systems operate properly, including controls, sensors, and software.

Load software, configure trends, alarms, and reports, and implement time management strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.

Communicate and document the status and details of the project for the customer, and provide site-specific training to owners/operators on the complete system.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED, and valid and current Driver's License. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in HVAC, Controls, or a related field, experience in Building Automation, HVAC controls, or related field, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
