The Builders Exchange of the southern Tier is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager/Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our online plan room, ensuring that all documents and information are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinate reprographic services, including printing and copying.
- Work independently for 2-3 days a week, with occasional collaboration with team members.
