Flight Operations Technician

JARBO is looking for a skilled Flight Operations Technician to work in our facility in Southeast Florida. This contract position offers competitive compensation, ranging from $40 to $50 per hour, and benefits.

Job Summary:

  • Support the flight testing process by performing various tasks, including setup, adjustment and troubleshooting of aircraft systems
  • Work closely with flight test pilots to ensure safe and efficient operations

Responsibilities:

  • Review station paperwork for shortages and report to supervisor
  • Adjust work processes to meet production schedules
  • Provide recommendations for improving production methods and quality

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; A&P certification not necessary but considered a plus
  • 1 year experience in related work; aerospace background preferred
  • Ability to move equipment weighing 40 pounds for 20-30 feet
