Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Prepare Equipment: Inspect trucks and trailers daily to ensure they are loaded safely and correctly for each job.
  • Site Preparation: Establish the location for the fence, gather information about potential hazards, and ensure that there are no electric cables or utility lines in the area.
  • Fence Installation: Install fence panels, gates, and posts according to Superior Fence and Rail standards, measuring and laying out fence lines accurately to ensure a proper fit on the customer's property.
  • Equipment Operation: Use appropriate equipment safely and securely, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Warranty and Repair: Assist with warranty and repair services as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Safety: Attend all required safety and training sessions, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Post-Job Procedures: Unload and clean trucks and trailers safely and correctly at the end of each day.
  • Customer Interaction: Interact with clients and coworkers in a pleasant and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience is desirable but not required; most skills can be taught on the job.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Must be able to read plans, follow verbal instructions, and obey applicable safety regulations. Must have a valid driver's license, pass a background check, and pass a drug screening.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to learn company policies and procedures, a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and punctuality and dependability.
