Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily team-based rounding on assigned units and ensure optimal clinical care through assessment of patient-specific factors and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in psychiatric pharmacy, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and advance the field.
Requirements
  • Education: BS and/or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy, with residency experience required.
  • License: Unrestricted pharmacy licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts within 90 days of hire.
  • Experience: Previous hospital pharmacy experience, with a strong background in psychiatric pharmacy.
