Essential Qualifications:

• A valid cosmetology license for the respective state.
• Willingness to work weekends (Fridays and Saturdays) and flexibility to accommodate peak hours, typically Thursday through Saturday.
• A strong interest in the beauty and cosmetology field, with a focus on uplifting clients.
• Previous salon experience is advantageous.

• Oversee recruitment and training initiatives through Blo's signature Blo U(niversity).
• Guide and elevate existing team members to reach their full styling potential.
• Act as a role model and ambassador for the Blo brand.
