Essential Qualifications:

  • A current cosmetology license valid in the state.
  • Willingness to work weekends (Fridays and Saturdays) and flexibility to accommodate peak hours, typically Thursday through Saturday.
  • A deep passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry, with a focus on enhancing client well-being.
  • Previous salon experience is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the salon's atmosphere and hair styling align with Blo's brand standards.
  • Oversee recruitment and training of stylists through Blo's signature Blo U(niversity).
  • Guide and enhance the skills of existing stylists to help them reach their full potential.
  • Act as a role model and ambassador for the Blo brand.
  • Contribute to maintaining a professional, clean, enjoyable, and respectful workplace.
  • Opportunity for cross-training in additional services, such as makeup, or advancement into management roles.
