About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Modern Industries. As a key member of our Heat Treat Division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling, and record retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate with customers regarding assigned activities, internal communications, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Review shipment documentation and invoice details for completeness and accuracy.
  • Schedule Heat Treat Orders and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient with Microsoft products and overall computer savvy.
  • Strong math skills and ability to analyze and comprehend invoices and customer purchase orders.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and follow up accurately in a timely fashion.
  • Ability to work with a team to produce a positive outcome and maintain a high level of accuracy at all times.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical education relating to communications and data entry and manipulation.
  • Experience in manufacturing, inventory, and shipping/receiving.
Work Environment

This is a full-time day shift position, working 7:00 AM-3:30 PM. The role requires minimal travel and is based on-site at our corporate headquarters.
