We are seeking a highly skilled X-Ray Technologist to join our team at AFC Urgent Care in Chelmsford. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our urgent care practices.
Job Summary:The X-Ray Technologist will be responsible for performing radiographic and diagnostic imaging procedures to assist physicians in the diagnosis of injuries and diseases. This role may also involve serving as a medical receptionist in an outpatient clinic setting.
Responsibilities:- Perform radiographic and diagnostic imaging procedures to assist physicians in the diagnosis of injuries and diseases.
- Operate X-ray equipment and other diagnostic imaging devices to produce high-quality images.
- Develop and process X-ray films to ensure accurate diagnoses.
- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with patient care and treatment.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school with a valid ARRT registration or board eligibility.
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- ARRT Certification (Required)
- Paid time off (available 90 days after start date)
- Time and a half pay on major holidays (New Year, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day)
