Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team at Exact Recruiting. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for bringing in referrals and admissions to grow census. You will establish relationships with new referral sources and clients, working collaboratively with leadership to implement strategic marketing programs.
The ideal candidate will have Home Health, Hospice, or Home Care business development experience. They will also have connections with local referral sources that can refer Medicare certified Hospice patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bring in referrals/admissions to consistently grow census
- Establish relationships with new referral sources and clients
- Work collaboratively with leadership to implement strategic marketing programs
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
