Position Summary:
We are looking for a committed and skilled Truck Driver to become a vital part of our team. The successful candidate will be tasked with the safe and efficient transportation of goods to various locations, ensuring that all shipments are delivered punctually and in pristine condition. The Truck Driver will also be expected to adhere to all safety protocols, maintain precise logs, and deliver outstanding customer service during client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safe Operation: Drive a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently, complying with all traffic regulations and company policies.
  • Punctual Deliveries: Guarantee timely pickup and delivery of products to designated locations, maintaining effective communication with dispatch.
  • Loading and Unloading: Assist in the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring careful and secure handling of all items.
  • Vehicle Upkeep: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on the truck, including checks on tires, oil, brakes, and other essential components.
  • Record Keeping: Keep accurate logs of driving hours, delivery schedules, and any incidents or delays encountered.
  • Client Relations: Provide exceptional service to customers during deliveries, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols to ensure the highest level of safety while on the road.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving history.
  • A minimum of [2] years of proven experience as a Truck Driver.
  • Capability to operate and maintain various types of trucks, including tractor-trailers.
  • Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage unexpected situations effectively.
  • Physical capability to load and unload goods, as well as perform routine vehicle maintenance.
