This role involves meeting production goals while delivering exceptional customer service. The Retail Associate will gain valuable insights into the daily operations of a retail outlet, acquiring skills that are essential for a successful career in retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cashiering and providing support on the sales floor.
  • Processing and pricing donations, including clothing, linens, and household items.
  • Assisting customers at the Donation Door with material handling and sorting of donated goods.

Compensation: $12.00/hour

Travel Requirements: None required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • No prior experience necessary; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Clearances, Licenses, and Certifications: Candidates must provide a current, valid Child Abuse clearance.
