Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Hatfield, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to coordinate, plan, and deliver quality occupational therapy services to inpatients on our West 5 unit. The successful candidate will also assist in planning weekend activities and work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and plan occupational therapy services for inpatients on the West 5 unit
  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to meet the needs of our patients
  • Assist in planning weekend activities to promote patient engagement and well-being
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school
  • Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • CPI training within 90 days from hire, as well as ongoing re-training as required
  • Occupational therapy experience in a mental health setting, including the ability to facilitate groups
