In this leadership role, you will provide support and oversight of Behavior Interventionists under the direction of an ABA Supervisor (BCBA). The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in Human Services or a related field, or be a certified Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). Experience working in the ABA field, proficiency in software systems, and knowledge of HIPAA regulations are also essential requirements.
