Phlebotomy Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our team at Any Lab Test Now. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect blood samples from patients using aseptic techniques and following established protocols
- Operate laboratory equipment, such as centrifuges and microscopes, to process and analyze blood samples
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and laboratory results
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and laboratory staff to ensure smooth operations
- Meet productivity and quality standards, adhering to established guidelines and regulations
- Two years of recent experience drawing blood
- Ability to call businesses and explain our services
- Ability to sell our products and services
- Knowledge of common blood tests
- Computer skills, including MS Word and Email
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
- Organizational skills, including tracking inventory and keeping records
- Dependable and reliable
- Must be able to pass a Background check and Drug Screen
- Experience with Quest or Lab Corp
- Experience doing drug screens
- Sales or customer service experience
