Job Summary:

As a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You will adhere to state and federal regulatory license, certification, and accrediting requirement guidelines, and serve as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy to patients with a range of disorders.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Supervise and direct support staff as needed.
  • Participate in data collection and analysis to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Current licensure in the state of California.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
