Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Academic Partnership Development Specialist to advance the institution's proud tradition of excellence in academics, student life, and community service. The successful candidate will possess a talent for developing partnerships with communities and individuals, driving academic and career-focused initiatives, and inspiring students in a learning-centered environment.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups to advance academic and career-focused initiatives.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to design and implement innovative academic and career-focused programs.
- Provide exceptional student support services, including academic advising, career counseling, and mentorship programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
- 36 months work experience in education, business, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Benefits

HCC offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, HCC provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 403(b) retirement plan and paid time off.
