Licensed Vocational Nurse

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide high-quality care to Pediatric and Adult patients in their own homes. As a LVN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the Role:
As a LVN, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will work with patients to collect data and information, and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. You will also be responsible for providing skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
