Job Summary:
Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. As an LVN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to ensure optimal health outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders.
- Collect and analyze data to identify potential nursing diagnoses and develop interventions to address them.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
