Physician Empire: OB-GYN Physician Opportunity
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled OB-GYN physician to join our dynamic team at Physician Empire. As a member of our group, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient OB-GYN care at six locations throughout southeastern Massachusetts
- Manage a diverse patient population, including routine check-ups, prenatal care, and surgical procedures
- Collaborate with a team of nurse practitioners, nurse midwives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in hospital-based labor and delivery services, including night shifts and backup calls
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
Benefits and Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- MGMA competitive salary
- Sign-on and relocation bonus (if applicable)
- Shared call with a team of 8 physicians
- Base salary for two years, followed by wRVU-based compensation with production and quality-based incentives
- Retirement plan and deferred compensation plan
- Occurrence-based malpractice insurance
- CME reimbursement and one week of CME time
- Up to 24 days of paid time off, plus one week of CME and holidays
