Job Title: Vice President, Capacity Planning

CoreWeave is a leading cloud provider, delivering high-performance GPU compute resources on a scalable infrastructure. We're seeking an experienced leader to join our team as the Vice President of Capacity Planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust statistical demand forecasts for our global data center, server, storage, networking, and AI needs.
  • Translate forecasts into optimal supply orders to manage inventory, delivery lead times, demand uncertainty, and financial constraints.
  • Develop and analyze business and technical data to drive executive decision-making around infrastructure and product.
  • Manage specifications and requirements for software systems used to forecast, plan, procure, and manage capacity across multiple products and locations.
  • Leverage technical expertise to identify and build large transformational programs and initiatives across Infrastructure that scale out Data Center footprint efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in business, product, strategy, or operations planning in high-growth technology organizations.
  • Experience in infrastructure demand modeling, capacity planning, and supply chain operations.
  • Experience in finance or analytical roles, including modeling and portfolio assessment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
