Senior Capacity Planner

CoreWeave is a dynamic, high-growth technology company seeking a skilled Capacity Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for analyzing and modeling demand and capacity data to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Perform scenario analysis to advise on infrastructure projects
• Build complex capacity models for deployment and capex planning
• Identify capacity-related concerns and develop data pipeline requirements
• Analyze historical capacity resource usage metrics and create dashboards
• Build and run 'what-if' capacity usage scenarios to support predictive budget planning

• Minimum 7-9 years of experience in a planning role, preferably at an infrastructure company
• Comfortable with basic computing concepts and terminology
• Ability to effectively work and communicate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in managing large data structures to build reports and run analysis
