Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant - Senior Living Community

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Cedars Healthcare Center in Lakewood, CO. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our senior residents.

Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing daily living activities and services to residents in alignment with their individual service plans. This includes assisting with personal care, responding to patient call lights, and ensuring residents receive an appropriate diet.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional resident care and support for daily activities of living (ADLs) and personal hygiene
  • Respond to patient call lights with a compassionate and helpful approach
  • Ensure residents receive an appropriate diet by understanding their preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions
  • Record vital signs as requested by staff
  • Promptly notify the nurse in charge of any changes in resident conditions
Qualifications:
  • Current CNA certificate in the state of CO
  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for our residents
  • Ability to work effectively both as a team and independently
  • Genuine love for seniors
