Overview

As part of our skilled analog mixed-signal design team, you will engage in modeling intricate custom circuits to ensure optimal system-level functionality and performance. This position fosters a collaborative environment, allowing you to work closely with various teams on cutting-edge mixed-signal systems utilized in Apple's leading SoCs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop RNM RF/Analog models using System Verilog.
- Create models incorporating self-checking methodologies.
- Evaluate the necessary model accuracy based on verification objectives.
- Establish relevant assertions to ensure compliance with analog/digital specifications and define digital verification success criteria.
- Collaborate with Analog designers to set up the AMS simulation framework.
- Troubleshoot complex chip digital-on-top testbenches and identify root causes of issues.

Required Qualifications
  • Solid understanding of analog/RF circuit principles and architectures.
  • Proficient in RNM coding within SystemVerilog.
  • Experience with Cadence mixed-signal verification tools.
  • Skilled in modeling mixed-signal/RF components, including biasing networks, power regulators, bandgaps, operational amplifiers, and OTAs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to interpret analog schematics and derive key functionalities.
  • Experience in modeling RF components such as LNA, PA, couplers, splitters, and combiners.
  • Familiarity with high-frequency PLL modeling.
  • A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience is required; a Master's degree or higher is preferred.
