Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled analog circuit designer with a strong background in FinFET transistor operation, analog function blocks, and complex AC/DC analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience with high-speed data converter or PMIC design and working knowledge of Cadence Virtuoso, Custom Compiler, Spectre, and other circuit design simulation or modeling tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define mixed-signal design architecture and design analog and/or digital blocks
  • Perform transistor-level design feasibility and performance analysis
  • Model system-level digital control behavior to validate analog circuit functionality
  • Drive layout reviews and provide guidance for layout engineer to achieve best circuit performance
  • Perform T/O quality design verification including LEC, IR-drop, and timing analysis
  • Provide feasible analog design test plan suitable for mass production
  • Coordinate with top-level BE/FE integrator to prepare required design model for integration
Requirements
  • MS or PhD degree in Computer Engineering /Electronic Engineering or Computer Science
  • 5 years+ analog/mixed-signal design experience
  • Experience with high-speed data converter or PMIC design
  • Working knowledge of Cadence Virtuoso, Custom Compiler, Spectre, and other circuit design simulation or modeling tools
  • Strong script programming skill in Tcl, Perl, or Python scripting languages
