We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Management Lead to join our team at Target. As a Property Management Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our store facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance
  • Work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure optimal asset performance and minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with store teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality service and cost-effective solutions
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on maintenance procedures and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve maintenance processes and outcomes
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education or experience in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with vendors, contractors, and store teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
