Key Responsibilities
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Provide exceptional bondholder reporting and correspondence, maintaining clear and concise communication.
  • Support various audit and risk compliance requests, demonstrating a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure correct and timely transactions for bondholders, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned, adapting to changing priorities and needs.
Work Environment

This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, with an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to three years of experience in transaction processing, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated clerical, key entry, and customer service/relation skills.
  • Well-developed ability to identify and resolve problems, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications.
