We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Homebuyer Concierge to join our Sales and Marketing team at Lennar Homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our homebuyers, ensuring a seamless transaction experience from escrow opening to closing.
Key Responsibilities- Manage transactions and provide updates to homebuyers, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Facilitate all Salesforce Purchase Agreement Milestones, ensuring compliance and successful closings.
- Ensure sales files and documents are complete, compliant, and accurate, ensuring successful closings.
- Assist in administrative tasks and provide backup for New Home Consultants as needed.
- Communicate with customers and provide photo updates along their journey.
- Preferably one year of experience supporting a real estate sales team.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and auto insurance; Real Estate License preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, high-level customer service skills, organizational skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard, calculator, and telephone equipment. May operate a motor vehicle.
