Job Summary: ProHealth Partners, Inc. is seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in the Toledo, OH area. As a COTA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to home-bound patients. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, and we are committed to providing our therapists with the resources they need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate daily with office staff to accept new patients, complete paperwork, and turn in payroll.
  • Maintain open communication with patients and home health agencies to promote a positive and caring experience.
  • Facilitate communication with the Lead Occupational Therapist to manage patient care.
  • Complete in-home therapy services, educate patients and caregivers, and maintain detailed notes on all paperwork.
  • Attend meetings as needed with the Toledo therapy team.

Requirements:

  • Ability to travel within a 40-mile radius of Toledo, OH.
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school.
  • Current Occupational Therapy Assistant License for the state of Ohio.
  • Ability to travel to patients' homes or facilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Home healthcare experience preferred.
