Key Responsibilities

As a Civil Engineering Group Manager, you will:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including planners and landscape architects, to create innovative solutions for complex projects.
  • Ensure project quality control and support the professional growth of your team members.
  • Manage the hiring process to expand your team with talented professionals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Professional Engineering license in Maryland (additional Mid-Atlantic states preferred).

  • A minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a project management capacity.
  • A strong desire to lead and inspire a team while fostering a culture of mentorship.
  • Expertise in roadway design, drainage systems, and the development of accessible public spaces.
